My name is Vanessa Lamot and I am currently a student at the SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry. I absolutely love cooking and baking but that can be difficult when you are playing into the stereotype of being a broke and possibly starving college student. My recipes are meant to challenge that. A lot of them have ingredients that are usually in my kitchen regularly. The others are usually things that I can run and grab from the grocery store for less than $15. I try to make things that have multiple servings meaning that it is way easier to cook once or twice a week and focus on finishing my homework and studying for exams in the time that I this opens up for me.
